alimony question

what are my legal rights if my husband has stopped paying alimony from an agreement stating that it is non-modifiable and fixed for amount and duration. state of north carolina

It depends on whether the agreement was incorporated into your final divorce order. If not, you can file a new lawsuit and sue him for breach of contract. If yes, you would file a motion to show cause and for contempt (because if it was entered as a judge's order, he has violated the order and is in contempt of court).
