Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

annulment

My name is--name removed-- I married in Charlotte, N.C. on Nov. 10, 1998. He received divorce papers from he wife in August of 2001. I now reside in Jacksonville, FL. If I want to re-marry what do I need to do in order for it to be legal? Can you help me? I look forward to hearing from you soon

If you are now a Florida resident, you would not file for divorce in NC. You should consult a lawyer in Florida instead. Good luck!
