Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

If custodial parent moves 2.5 hours away witch would make current custody agreement impossible to uphold can she do this.

Depends on the terms of your Agreement. A properly drafted Agreement would have addressed what is to happen in this very common scenario. Unless the Agreement states otherwise, she is free to move where ever she wants.
