Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

My daughter is 1, and her father buys her a box of Diapers and a box of wipes once a month. He will not help me with her Financially in any other way. He thinks because he buys her jewelry then he doesn't have to give me money to help me raise her. He dosen't have a legal job, but he gets money from other means. So my question, How do I go about getting support from him?

Who buys a one year old jewelry? Who gets this jewelry? Heck, if you get the jewelry and it is of substantial worth - he may be right about not owing you any additional support. But let's assume the jewelry is not worth much. If so, simply go to you local child support enforcement agency and they should be able to assist you.
