Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

My Ex-husand has violated a visation court order on and off since April 2013 and now have not seen my kids since October 14, 2013. Now that I have advised him I am taking him back to court he wants to resolve the issues out of court and let Me see my kids but I fear it will not hold. My question is if I do see my kids now And still take him back to court for violation will it still stand up in court.

Unfortunately, your question is not clear....will what standup in Court? The current visitation order or the challenge to the visitation order or are you filing a show cause motion due to his violations?

You need assistance and representation from a family law attorney in your area.
