husband left me and our two children. He abandoned us and moved out of state. He has made no effort to financially support us. I filed for full custody today, and he agrees I should have full custody, but wants visitation here, and in his state he relocated to. What are his rights as far as vositation?

It's the same as I told you last time - he has a right to reasonable visitation. The fact that he abandoned you and doesn't pay support is irrelevant to and will have no bearing on his right to visitation. In addition to custody, you should also go to your local child support enforcement office and get child support started.
