quick divorce

Have been seperated for 5 years, need to get a divorce fast haven't seen husband in years

Contact his family and see if they can give you an address. Service of process will be the most difficult thing for you.

You can serve by publication but it is time consuming (you say you need to do it fast) and expensive.

Best to find him. Use a PI to find him. We have a great PI here in Wilmington (Cape Fear Investigative Services) and they can probably find him.

Then file your divorce action.
