Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

HI i recently gace my son up for adoption and I didnt tell the biological father, within 2 months I called and told him and he proceeded to go through the process to regain custody and he succeded. Now that the adoption was null in void can i get some type of visitation?

You gave him up for adoption and now you want visitation? It is up to the judge but I would not count on it. Didn't you give up your parental rights when you put the child up for adoption? If so, you gave up all your rights to visit or have any kind of relationship with the child. That is why you are probably not paying child support.
