Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina

Back in 2008 I got into a fight while in federal prison. That fight caused me to have an injury on the side of my skull. The fight was caused by staff at the prison. When I got to the next prison I took an xray of my skull. The medical staff there lied. on the xray saying I had no injury. They did that to cover the staffs behind at the other institution. So I went to several other prisons and the medical staff lied on the xrays agin. So when I got out I went to a hospital and they lied saying I have no injury. The feds got in contact with them. They must have tapped my phone or seen my internet selections. How do I go about getting an xray without them knowing?

Are you saying that when you got out and went to an independent hospital, that the federal government strong armed a doctor to lie about your condition? If so, that seems far fetched and a tad paranoid. However, if you want an x-ray without anyone in the government knowing, simply go to a new doctor, have the doctor order an x-ray (or other scan) and this time don't tell anyone about it over the phone, internet or otherwise. Even if you do have an injury, the only reason to have it acknowledged would be so that it can be properly treated. Your odds of successfully suing the federal prison system are slim and none.
