Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina
I am the defendant in a civil lawsuit ( alienation of affection) in Mecklenburg County in NC. When filing my answer to the complaint with the court, I have read that I also need to file a financial affidavit at that time. Is there a specific form for this, or is it something generated by myself, and if so what info needs to be included? I have looked on line and only found forms that relate divorce and separation financial affidavits used to determine equal distribution, child support and alimony.

If you are asking a question like this - you should not be doing your own legal work. What you are doing is tantamount to someone who is not a mechanic getting online and asking how do I rebuild my car's transmission. The outcome ain't likely to be good. Bite the bullet and hire and attorney before you muck this up any more than you likely already have.
