i'm having a f-1 visa and my parents have green card also my sister is citizen so is there any possible way that my sister or my parents can sponsors me for my immigration or h visa?

Well, H visas are employment based, so, no. However, your U.S. citizen sibling or LPR parents can file an I-130 petition for you, but there is a long wait right now. I would need more details, like your age & if you are married, when your parents are eligible to naturalize, etc, before I could give you exact legal advice.
