Is there any way for an immigrant who has a W-7 to secure a government-issued photo ID? Is there any state that would do that?

W-7 is not an indication of any valid non-immigrant or immigrant status in USA.
What is your visa/status in USA? When it's expiring?
If you are out-of-status, as a general rule, it wouldn't be possible to apply for a driver license or State photo ID. |
