Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina

i have multiple questions if you can answer me please.

I've married to US citizen in United Arab Emirates and i'm Syrian but she traveled to USA so she can apply for me from there, so right now i'm on a temporary visa on US, but we having such a bad times together and we think to separate and divorce, what could happens if we divorce do i will lose my visa and lose the chance to get my green card and that will put on me on jail and does that allow her to sue me as well i came on this marriage on a goodwill we love each other and i can prove that by messages and pictures and i don't want to be deported.

and i'm married from 2 month ago but she changed after this and ask for divorce it's against my wish

If your U.S. citizen spouse has not petitioned you yet for U.S. Legal Permanent Residency, then you can return home. However, if you get divorced, you will not be eligible for a "greencard".

You aren't going to be "put in jail", but you probably will have to depart the U.S. or risk accruing illegal presence.

It would be helpful to know what type of "temporary visa" you entered the United States with and the date you entered, as well as if you or your spouse have filed an immigration forms with USCIS.

I do not see on what grounds you can be "sued", as this is a term of art used for civil litigation for monetary damages. If you are referring to a dissolution action in Family law court, then you would need to speak with a Family law attorney practicing in the State you are living in.
