Legal Question in Investment Law in North Carolina

I was wondering could you sue an internet sweepstakes for false advertisement. a local sweepstakes that i play at had a december drawing called 12 days of christmas where they were supposed to do a drawing everyday for 12 days so as a faithful customer i played alot. Meaning everytime you purchased 20.00 dollars of internet time you got a ticket entry for the 12 days of christmas drawing i have over 300 tickets and for some reason the internet sweepstakes did not uphold the 12 days of christmas drawings and only did six drawings. and now im upset because i have spent alot of money and they did not do all of the drawings. kind of makes me think the manager kept the prize money for himself instead of upholding the promise to his faithful customers.
