Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in North Carolina

Supposed too be out on feb 17th.but had a winter storm come through n.c.had state of emergency. Couldn't move till the following weekend.will they give me time too move.

Unfortunately, don't have enough information to answer but I can give some advice based on some assumptions.

If you have lost a Court hearing and are being padlocked out, if the Sheriffs show up unfortunately, the snow will not stop them. If the landlord asks them to stop, they will...you need to speak to the landlord.

If you are just leaving at the end of the lease, you need to call your landlord and see what you can work out.
