Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in North Carolina

Hello, my mom has had a �HERNIA� fix twice and the second time the representative from the factory that make the fix was in the operation room for supervising� The same doctor did it both times, and it�s still not fixed� What do you suggest she do at this time????
