Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in North Carolina

sudden death

My childrens father ( my ex) died with in 10 hours of being addmitted to a hospital in NC , Death certificate states hepatitis complications - however - hospital records state he did not have Hepititis. He was only 45 Years old & no autopsy was done. Is there some one who could look at the records to see if anything was done wrong or should have been done different.

Re: sudden death

Had this occured in Pennsylvania, I would certainly be interested

in examining the medical records for possible malpractice.

Medical records would be extremely useful in

this case - I am in no position to deal with a NC case

- you may put a note on the NC bulletin board - OR

better yet contact an attorney in the locality that

this occurred.

There are any number of lawyer locater services

online and otherwise:
