If two people are on Home deeds, who can claim if one dies?

You should consult with a real estate attorney with experience in probate law.

There are too many facts not given to give an answer.

Are the people on the deeds married?

Are the mortgages or liens on the property?

If the two persons are not married was the right to survivorship listed on the deeds?

Who are the surviving heirs of either person?

Do either of these people have a will?
