Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in North Carolina

Reported once and it is still occuring

I have reported sexual harrassment once to my employer and it is still occuring even more now I have told my office manager and the problem still stands do i need to contact an attorney and take legal action?

Not every offensive remark or conduct is classified as "sexual harassment." You did not state what exactly was going on. Is the harasser your supervisor or a co-worker. Co-workers are granted some leeway. What did the company say when you first reported the offensive conduct? Document every incident. If you have reported the conduct and nothing happened, I would at least contact an attorney for a free consult. The sexual harassment laws can be somewhat tricky.
