Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
My boyfriend got pulled over on hwy24 for turning on a do not turn on red, mind you it's 1pm very foggy and a state trooper pulled him over for that, he doesn't drive in jacksonville and obeys all laws never a ticket until now, what can we do so that it won't hurt his insurance and the tickets is very pricey? He even asked the trooper about a warning because he always is careful. What to do?
