Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina

I was driving a red 2012 Chevy Cruze on my way back home cruising at 59 miles per hour when an Officer pulled me over . Like wise I did not argue with him or try to upset him when he told me I was speeding 78 miles per hour in a 55 mile zone . He did not use a radar detector or even drive behind me with his cruiser to clock my speed but instead I think he picked on me because of the bright shiny deep red standing out car. I just got my CDL two months ago and scheduled for my new job orientation anytime now as my application has been accepted . I had gone past the fly over in Wake Forest and started going uphill and could clearly see another Police patrol cruiser on a traffic stop ahead of me when l from nowhere l noticed blue/red lights behind me . The Officer told me I shouldn't worry much about my tickets since l could ask the judge for a Prayer For Judgement as I had not had a previous speeding ticket in the past three years . The ticket reads " The Officer named below has probable cause to believe that on .... in Wake county I did unlawfully and willingly operate a motor vehicle on the hwy at a speed of 78 mph in a 55 mph zone ( G.S 20-141 (J1) ) NEED SOME HELP IN THIS ISSUE

Our firm can help you with this ticket but our fee will be around $695 which is likely much more than a local traffic attorney would charge. If your address on your ticket is correct, you will be receiving a crap ton of letters from local traffic attorneys willing to help you.

You do not need F. Lee Bailey for a traffic ticket so just pick the cheapest one and roll with that. However, do not use a PJC - it is completely worthless for CDL purposes.
