Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
Is it lawful for an officer to give a copy of my traffic citation to anyone

Probably not just anyone but clearly the office will need to turn the ticket in and then court clerks will process the ticket into the AOC system. Also, tickets are public records so information from them can be seen by the general public.
