Unless you are talking about paying a civil revocation fee for a DWI, your question, as it is worded, means can go and physically take your driver license away from the agency that physically has possession of it because it was taken away from you when you choose to drive when you likely knew you should not. The answer to that is, I suppose you can if you gots the skills. However, I seriously doubt that you do have the skills because anyone who did would also likely have the common sense not to get suspended in the first place let alone get caught driving while license revoked afterward. Besides even if you did 'retrieve' your license - you'd likely just be committing yet another really stupid crime and its not like you could use it to legally drive anyway- so unless you are really into that particular form of identification, what's the point? All that said, even though your question is really poorly worded, I hope you actually meant to ask can you at some point be eligible to have your driver license reinstated so that you can legally drive again? If so, the answer is probably however, you really didn't provide enough information about your circumstances to answer that question either..
