speeding in NC
I am 22, and I received my first ticket yesterday, I was going 81 in a 65, should I ask for a prayer for judgment or try to get it reduced.

It depends on the county. In some counties, you can get a non moving violation like an improper equipment. If the ticket was in Wake and this is your only ticket in a three year period, I would go with a reduction of 74 in a 65 and save the prayer for judgment. Reduction will have dmv points but your insurance won't go up.
