Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
traffic question
if i were to have had a run in with a person on a bicycle at an intersection where i was turning left and the person on the bicycle was crossing the intersection, and the person on the bicycle ran into my car. could i be charged with a hit and run if i stopped to ask the person if he/she were okay and they said ''yeah,'' and got back on their bicycle and rode off?
