Legal Question in Veterans Law in North Carolina

Disability problems

My claim was denied even though I gave all my medical records and my outproccesing physical, stating that I needed a medical board evaluation. I even asked for help with PTSD and the VA referred me to another doctor, but when I seen the other doctor she knew nothing about my condition and she degraded my intelligence and called the police on me. After this I lost all hope that there was help for me. But most of all I gave the va my records and proof of my injuries and my sugery. I dont know what to do or where to turn but I do know I was injured and I did have sugery that causes me problems now. My claim was denied I think back in 2002. What do I do?

Re: Disability problems

Contact the DAV or the PVA to assist you in refiling your claim. They are very effective in general in obtaining veterans benefits.

Good Luck!
