What does this have to do with probate, wills and trusts? Probate or wills and trusts concerns the transfer of property through inheritance either for people who have already died or for people who are looking to make a will or trust.

You need to direct this question to your personal injury attorneys.

Where minor children are involved, structured settlements must be set up and there has to be court approval. If any monies are to be stuck into a bank account, then no funds are allowed to be withdrawn absent an order of court.
