does a excerctor have the rights to enter deceasced home and maintain the home till out of probate

It depends on the will and what it says. Title to real property vests in the beneficiaries. However, it depends on if the real estate is needed to be sold to pay any claims against the estate or if the assets are otherwise sufficient such that an early distribution can be made.

I suggest that if you are the executor, you need to consult with the estate attorney. If you do not have one, then you need one. If you are the beneficiary, you either need to consult with the executor or your own attorney.
