Legal Question
Do life insurance payouts with named beneficiaries go to the estate? What about Joint-owned automobiles? What else would be considered part of an estate?
My husband recently passed and he & I own autos jointly but credit cards were in his name - they're trying to talk me into paying. Just trying to figure out if there will or should be an estate or not.
