I what rights to ownership or any rights do I have to the home I'm living in if my partner passed away Andy long is a tight joint loan with his previous partner which is deceased

None. Unless the dead partner made a will leaving the home to you or your name was on the deed to the home.

I have no idea what a tight joint loan is. Being on the loan just makes one financially responsible to pay the bill if the other joint co-borrower does not pay. Ownership means being on the deed. So are you on the deed? You need to see a probate attorney who practices in the county where the partner lived prior to his/her death.
