Is this a law school exam question?

This is the wrong question. Anyone can be "tricked" manipulated. The question is will the person who did the tricking get away with it. Is blind brother alive or dead? If alive and he discovers the trickery he just makes a new will and destroys the old ne. If deceased, then blind brother's heirs bring what is called a caveat proceeding in which they will have to prove to the court why the will of blind brother is fraudulent because he was tricked into signing. If they succeed, then the fake will signed by blind brother will be kicked out.

If yu are contemplating bringing or defending a caveat proceeding that you get experienced probate litigation counsel and make sure that a proceeding will be cost effective. Caveat proceedings can get very expensive very quickly.
