undue influence proven

If you prove that undue influence has occurred and that the will is weighted in favor of the person applying the undue influence what happens next?

You failed to state whether the person who you say was allegedly coerced is alive or not. If that person is alive then discuss this concern with them. If they have passed away and the estate is in probate and you have proof of this undue influence then you should immediatley seek counsel who has experience in contesting a Will. Time is of the essence so do not waste any of it.
