unable to do the same job as before

after doing a functional evaluation test i will not be able to do a heavy industrial job i was doing because of a knee injury on the job resulting in sugery and some perment restriction.the company i work for said i couldn't work as long as i have these restrictions. what will happen if i can't do the job ?

The carrier will assign a Vocational Consultant to help find a job for you within your limitations. You should also look for suitable work on your own. If you do not have an attorney, get one now because what types of jobs are suitable is very complicated. Be aware that once you return to work, you will have a choice between a wage loss claim and payment of the rating assigned by your doctor. File Form 18M to preserve your right to future medical care.
