Legal Question in Workers Comp in North Carolina

workmans comp

Chemicals in eye. Had no safety training on chemicals. Osha came in and fined them. How can i get paid for pain & suffering and their neglect and for the days of sick leave I had to take. Am still seeing eye doctor.
