Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
Chapter 13 Discharge
My Bank has been discharged for almost 3 years. This was a pre 2005 law change. I just received a Municipal court summons for a debt that was included. I would like the statue number and fine for filing a debt already paid in Bankrputcy 13.

Are you sure the debt was completely paid off by the Chapter 13 trustee? Double check with your attorney that the debt was indeed included in your case. If the debt was transferred to someone without knowledge of the bankruptcy, that party may have to be added.
