Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
If I am in Chapter 13. Can I sell our house? Would the courts get any profit?

You may be able to sell your house while in a Chapter 13 after your attorney discusses the matter with the Trustee and a motion is filed requesting authority to sell. Do not enter into any type of listing agreement with a broker until your attorney has had time to discuss the matter and take the appropriate steps!
