Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Articles of organization llc
In the section where it says purpose I need to know how to structure a business with multiple businesses under one company name example; retail store ,construction co., realestate investor, clothing store etc. On my application I haveit written out as a chain of businesses operating out of one company. One can I do that and two if not how can I structure it. Please help!
