If you are a personal grantor on a loan for your business, since I am liable for the debt if not paid will it still apear on my companies credit file

If the borrower is the business, it is the business's credit that will be affected. The business is the primary borrower and primarily liable. Whether it shows up on a company credit report or elsewhere on the company's credit depends on whether the lendor is a reporting entitly, files a lien or files a claim. If you are a personal guarantor, and not also a borrower, your credit shouldn't be affected unless the company defaults, and then usually not until the lendor calls the loan or pursues a claim. You are liable for the debt but as a guarantor, not as the debtor.
