Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio

Laws on selling replica/knockoff purses in the state of Ohio

We have also been told that legitimate or not, you will be shut down for trademark counterfeiting whether you declare them to be a knockoff/replica or not. What are the current laws in Ohio with regards to setting up a legitimate business selling these purses or who should we contact to get this information on this subject.

You cannot open a business that sells goods or services infringing on another's trademark, copyright or patent. Describing the product as a replica will not satisfy the law.
