Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio

My daughter was in competitvie cheer leading for 2 1/2 yrs. this year before sighning the contract the advisor stated that she was moving the groups together. Everyone on my daughters prevous squd moved up and my daughter moved down with the 1st and 2nd grade level. I signed a contract but it doesn't have the correct dates on it will i still have to pay the $250.00 fee to break it. my daughter is only 9 and she was very up set wondering why she is the largest girl in her group.
