Debt Obligations after Divorce

I recently divorced my husband and in the divorce decree, the Judge ordered my husband responsible for two outstanding car loan debts which we both signed for (I cosigned). Now the banks or their collection agents are seeking payment from me. Am I still liable?

Yes. You must file a motion to show cause for indemnification against your husband to be reimbursed.
