how do i fight a disorderly conduct misdemeanor

Disorderly conduct is doing anything that annoys another person. Once you have annoyed the person and persisted then it becomes a crime as a 4th� misdemeanor. It is easy to be convicted of the lesser offense since there only needs to be testimony that someone was annoyed by you or something you did. But that is a fine only. In order to prove that you were guilty of criminal conduct they must have evidence that you persisted and continued to defy requests to stop.
