Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

my nephew has mental problems and his public defender and his psychotherapy counselor talked him into pleading guitly to a charge that after hereing the proscutor evedents we know he is not guitly of . this public defender has not done anything to help this 20 yr. he got into this boy face and told he was guitly and he would not persue this case adgressively .so he plead guitly to charge we know for fact that he is not guitly of , is there any thing we can do to appeal his guitly plea please HELP

The first thing to do is file a motion to withdraw the gulity plea and set the case for trial. There is a good chance the motion will be granted. if you are going to seek another lawyer.
