"In Ohio what possible sentence is a juvenile first offender with three 5th degree felonly Theft from person 65 and 3 courts of criminal simulation?"

Unless the specific facts are particularly egregious then a first offender would not go to the detention home with these charges most of the time. The sentence is always within the discretion of the judge.
