Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Ohio

This may seem ridiculous but is it discrimination when a coworker continues to bring up your breast, the contents of the conversation is hey I can see your nipples, others (yes apparently there are others) have noticed, you need to start wearing sweaters. In the winter, I wore sweaters and was told the same thing, dress in layers or buy different bras etc. I am a business professional in my field for 12 years, I am a moderately large breasted woman, I dress business causal and cannot prevent this issue, I feel very uncomfortable at work now and need someone to clarify to me what my rights, if any are

Tell co-worker that the comments are unwelcome. Then write to HR and tell them the comments are unwelcome and that you feel you are being sexually harassed. Employer will then be compelled to investigate and do something about it. One caution: be advised that if you are an at-will employee they could possibly fire you, but if they do you will have a retaliation claim. (As an at-will shop they do not need a reason to fire anyone).
