Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Ohio

So about two years ago I was charged with a crime and found innocent. Now that I am no longer a minor I wonder that if I could sue a news station. Said station showed my face uncensored. In recent time the same network has shown other minors sometimes blurred others not. While there is no video evidence there are several photographs that still show my under aged face. Is there anything I can do here?

This is not really discrimination law but perhaps you could sue for defamation, unlawful disclosure of a minor's records, invasion-of-privacy, false light, misappropriation of likeness or intentional infliction of emotion distress. What will be key is what damages did you suffer? Can you show evidence of loss of finances because of the disclosure of your likeness - or substantial emotional distress? If not, this will not be worth the trouble. Consult an attorney soon because the statute of limitations is running.
