Legal Question in DUI Law in Ohio

In 1999 I completed an Alcohol Awareness class for the terms of a DUI received in Sandusky Ohio. Thought everything was fine, until I tried to apply for a license in Illinois. The Court says they never received the paperwork for the class. Also said they sent a letter, but it was returned to the court. I, of course, have no proof that I completed the class. What are my options?

You need to show documentation that you fulfilled the "classroom work". So you will either need to find the original organization which sponsored the class and see if they have any record or take another one.
