als termination
i refused to submit to a breathalayzer and got an als for one year. wondering if the bmv will terminate the suspension since i pleaded no contest to and was found guilty of the ovi under Section 4511.191 K of the ohio revised code. Also, wondering if they terminate immediately when they recieve the conviction?

The Court sends the information to Columbus and the als should be terminated at that time.
