I was arrested for being drunk sitting in my car while it was running, in Ohio. The car was running. what can i expect as the punishment?

This is still a DUI which can be punished by a fine up to $1000 and 180 days in jail. These maximums are not usually given. If this is your first DUI, depending on the judge and the amount of alcohol you had in your system, you can expect about $800 in total fines and 3-6 days in jail.
