Legal Question in DUI Law in Ohio

I have to go to court in a couple days for a public intox./disorderly conduct charge i received a few weeks ago. I am unsure if i should plea guilty or no contest to minimize fines. I also don't know if there is any way to avoid the incident from going on my permanent record. I don't know if it makes any difference but nothing like that has ever happened to me before. Thank you for your time.

Hire an attorney. Asking me to tell you how "to avoid the incident from going on [your] permanent record" is like saying to a surgeon, "I need to have my gall-bladder removed, tell me how to do it".

Look, the prosecutor is not allowed to advise you. The judge is not allowed to advise you. Only your own attorney is allowed to advise you. If you do not get an attorney, you get what you get. And there will not be leniency because you do not have an attorney.
